Jackson Pollo moves into a town with his chickens only to be held up by Vincent Von Gittyup'N Go. So they have to draw... pretty pictures. They don't have any guns but they have lots of art supplies. But Jackson has never made any art before. A friendly rock named Bob Moss teaches him the ways of artistic expression.
